About your hosts
We are Federico and Giacomo, cousins and owners of the farm, ready to welcome you to this tour! Federico is an agronomist, specializing in landscape architecture, born and raised in Chianti, who will answer all your questions about winemaking and unveil the secrets of our olive oil. Giacomo studies Art in Florence, helps the family with the farm and has 3 years of experience on Airbnb as superhost.
What we’ll do
We'll introduce you to the landscape of Chianti, one of the most amazing regions in the world, and we will taste together organic wines and typical Tuscan food. We'll discover the vineyards and cellars of Torcibrencoli and our secrets to make the best wine. You will also try delicious cheese and organic oil, both produced on site: get ready to experience nature and its most precious fruits in first person!

The route
Leaving from the centre of Florence you will ride your electric bike approx. 15km through the Chianti countryside to Torcibrencoli Vineyard, in the heart of Chianti wine country. We will provide you with electric bikes and a GPS map for your phone with phone holders for the bikes. We will also go over the route in detail on our interactive display at the E-Bikes Florence shop before departure.
Where we’ll be
Starting from the old center of rural life of our village, Santa Cristina, walking through vineyards and our woods, we'll reach the winery. We will visit the cellar and explain to you the process of wine and oil making. In the farm you will taste our organic wines, discuss together about them and eat some delicious home made food. You will be able to buy bottles directly from the winery at the end of the tour.
Who can attend
Anyone can attend the tasting experience at Torcibrencoli but we recommend only adults and teenagers who are confident cyclists and over 158cm tall should ride our ebikes to this experience.
